PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 400°F and line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
Toss the cubed sweet potatoes with 1 teaspoon of olive oil and half of the sea salt on the pan.
Roast the sweet potatoes for 15 minutes until they begin to soften.
Move the potatoes to one side and add the salmon fillet and broccoli florets to the pan.

Return the pan to the oven and roast for an additional 10-12 minutes until the salmon flakes easily and the broccoli is charred.
