1/2 cup Mixed Berries

PREPARATION
In a small mixing bowl, combine the non-fat Greek yogurt and the vanilla whey protein powder.
Whisk the mixture vigorously until the protein powder is fully incorporated and the yogurt is smooth and fluffy.
If using fresh berries, rinse and pat them dry; if using frozen, allow them to thaw slightly so they release their natural juices.
In a tall glass or mason jar, spoon half of the protein-enriched yogurt into the bottom.
Add a layer of half the mixed berries on top of the yogurt.
Repeat the process with the remaining yogurt and the rest of the berries.
