100g Green Beans

PREPARATION
Peel and chop the sweet potato into 1-inch cubes, then boil in salted water for 10-12 minutes until tender.
Drain the potatoes and mash with ghee and a pinch of sea salt until smooth and creamy.
Heat half the avocado oil in a skillet over medium heat, add the green beans and minced garlic, and sauté for 5-7 minutes until crisp-tender.
Pat the salmon dry and season with salt and pepper.
Heat the remaining oil in a separate non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
