PREPARATION
Rinse the basmati rice and cook in 100ml of lightly salted water until tender and fluffy.

Brush the skewers with a mix of olive oil, tamari, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat and sear the skewers for 3-4 minutes per side until the vegetables are tender and the seitan is golden brown.
