PREPARATION
Peel and dice the sweet potato into small cubes then boil in water for 10-12 minutes until fork-tender.
Steam the green beans over boiling water for 5-7 minutes until they are vibrant and crisp-tender.
Pat the salmon fillet dry with a paper towel and season both sides with sea salt and black pepper.
Heat the avocado oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
Place the salmon in the pan and sear for 4-5 minutes on the first side then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until opaque.
