PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 400°F and line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.

Place the pineapple chunks on one side of the baking sheet and toss with the ground cinnamon and half of the olive oil.
Arrange the ham slices in the center of the sheet and brush them generously with the prepared honey-mustard glaze.
