1 cup Mixed Berries

PREPARATION
Place the Greek yogurt in a small mixing bowl and add the vanilla protein powder.
Whisk the yogurt and protein powder vigorously until the mixture is smooth and no clumps remain.
If using frozen berries, thaw them slightly; if using fresh, wash and pat them dry.
In a glass or mason jar, spoon in half of the protein-yogurt mixture.
Add a layer of half the mixed berries on top of the yogurt.
Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt and the rest of the berries.
Drizzle the almond butter over the top of the parfait.
