YOUR SOLIN GENERATED RECIPE
Air-fried chocolate brownie crafted with protein-rich Greek yogurt and cocoa, resulting in a decadent, gooey center that melts in your mouth.
INGREDIENTS
1 scoop Chocolate Whey Protein Powder
0.5 cup Nonfat Greek Yogurt
1 large Egg white
2 tbsp Unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tbsp Almond flour
1 tbsp Pure maple syrup
0.5 tsp Baking powder
0.5 tsp Vanilla extract
1 pinch Sea salt
1 tbsp Dark chocolate chips
PREPARATION
Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C) and lightly grease a 4-inch oven-safe ramekin or small dish.
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, egg white, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until the mixture is completely smooth.
Add the chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, almond flour, baking powder, and sea salt to the wet ingredients.
Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet until a thick, uniform brownie batter forms, being careful not to over-mix.
Stir in half of the dark chocolate chips.
Transfer the batter into the prepared ramekin and smooth the top with a spatula.
Sprinkle the remaining dark chocolate chips over the top of the batter.
Place the ramekin in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are firm but the center is still slightly soft to the touch.
Remove from the air fryer and let the brownie cool for at least 5 minutes to allow the fudgy texture to set before enjoying.
