2 cups Brussels sprouts
1 oz Prosciutto
1 tbsp Balsamic glaze
1 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
0.5 oz Walnuts
0.25 tsp Sea salt

PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Season the chicken breast with half of the sea salt and black pepper, then place it on one side of the prepared baking sheet.
In a medium bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with the extra virgin olive oil and the remaining sea salt and pepper until evenly coated.
Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on the other side of the baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
Remove the pan from the oven, add the prosciutto strips to the sheet, and roast for another 5 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the prosciutto is crispy.
Slice the chicken into strips and toss everything together in a bowl with the balsamic glaze and chopped walnuts before serving warm.
