14 oz Extra firm tofu
1 tsp Toasted sesame oil
1.5 tbsp Creamy peanut butter
1 tbsp Tamari
1 tbsp Lime juice
0.5 tsp Honey
0.5 tsp Ground ginger
1 clove Garlic
1 cup Broccoli florets
1 tbsp Water
0.25 tsp Sea salt
0.25 tsp Black pepper
PREPARATION
Press the tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess moisture and cut into 1-inch cubes.
In a small bowl, whisk together peanut butter, tamari, lime juice, honey, ground ginger, minced garlic, and water until smooth.
Season the tofu cubes with sea salt and black pepper.
Heat sesame oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
Add tofu to the skillet and sear for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
Add broccoli florets to the pan during the last 4 minutes, adding a splash of water and covering to steam.
Remove from heat and toss the tofu and broccoli with the peanut sauce until thoroughly coated.
