2 cups Green beans
1 tbsp Olive oil
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
2 cloves Garlic

PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 400°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Trim the ends of the green beans and mince the garlic cloves finely.
On one side of the sheet pan, toss the green beans with 0.5 tbsp olive oil, half the minced garlic, sea salt, and black pepper.
Rub the chicken breast with the remaining 0.5 tbsp olive oil, dried oregano, remaining garlic, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Place the chicken on the other side of the pan and roast for 20 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the beans are tender.
Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the green beans during the last 3 minutes of roasting for a golden finish.
