PREPARATION
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the non-fat Greek yogurt and vanilla protein powder until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
Gently rinse the mixed berries and pat them dry with a clean cloth or paper towel.
In a tall glass or mason jar, spoon in half of the protein-enriched yogurt mixture to create the base layer.
Add half of the fresh berries on top of the yogurt layer.
Repeat the process by adding the remaining yogurt mixture followed by the rest of the berries.
