PREPARATION

Add the sliced turkey sausage to the pan and sauté for 2-3 minutes until the edges are lightly browned.
Add the fresh baby spinach to the skillet and cook for 1 minute until just wilted.
Reduce the heat to medium-low and pour in the egg whites.
