Mix gently by hand until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.
Form the mixture into a compact loaf shape and place it in the prepared baking dish.
Drape the bacon slices over the top of the meatloaf, tucking the ends underneath.
Brush 1 tablespoon of the sugar-free BBQ sauce over the bacon-wrapped loaf.
Bake for 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
Brush the remaining tablespoon of BBQ sauce over the top and broil for 2-3 minutes until the bacon is crisp and the glaze is bubbly.
Let the meatloaf rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
