PREPARATION
In a small mixing bowl, combine the non-fat Greek yogurt and the vanilla protein powder.
Whisk the mixture vigorously until the protein powder is fully incorporated and the yogurt is light and fluffy.
In a tall glass or mason jar, spoon in half of the protein-yogurt mixture to form the base layer.
Add half of the mixed berries and half of the hemp hearts on top of the yogurt.
