0.25 tsp Black pepper
PREPARATION
Cook the jasmine rice according to package directions until fluffy and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat 0.5 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat.
Add the broccoli florets with a tablespoon of water, cover, and steam for 3 minutes until vibrant green.
Remove the broccoli from the pan and set it aside on a plate.
Add the remaining 0.5 tablespoon of olive oil to the skillet and increase heat to high.
Season the shrimp with sea salt and black pepper, then sear in the pan for 2 minutes per side until pink.
Reduce heat to medium and stir in the minced garlic and red pepper flakes for 30 seconds.
Add the steamed broccoli back into the skillet along with the coconut aminos and fresh lemon juice.
