PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Boil whole wheat lasagna noodles in salted water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
Sauté the ground turkey sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through.
In a small mixing bowl, stir together the ricotta cheese, fresh spinach, oregano, garlic powder, sea salt, and black pepper.
