PREPARATION
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and cook the turkey bacon until it reaches your desired level of crispness.
Remove the bacon and set aside on a paper towel, then add half the avocado oil to the same pan.
Sauté the fresh spinach until just wilted and remove from the pan.
