1 cup Asparagus spears
0.5 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
1 clove Garlic
0.5 tsp Dried oregano
0.25 tsp Sea salt

0.5 medium Lemon
1 tsp Fresh parsley
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
Trim the woody ends off the asparagus spears and place them on one side of the prepared pan.
Place the salmon fillet on the other side of the pan.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, sea salt, and black pepper.
Drizzle the herb oil over both the salmon and the asparagus, tossing the asparagus to coat evenly.
Cut the half lemon into thin rounds and place them directly on top of the salmon fillet.
Roast for 12-15 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and the asparagus is tender.
Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
