7 oz Salmon fillet
1 bunch Asparagus
1 tsp Honey
1 tbsp Tamari
1 tsp Olive oil
1 clove Garlic
0.5 tsp Fresh ginger
0.25 tsp Sea salt
0.25 tsp Black pepper
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
Wash the asparagus and trim off the woody bottom ends, then place them on one side of the prepared baking sheet.
Drizzle the asparagus with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt and black pepper, tossing to coat evenly.
In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, tamari, minced garlic, and grated fresh ginger until well combined.
Place the salmon fillet on the other side of the baking sheet and brush half of the honey-ginger glaze over the top.
Roast in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork and the asparagus is crisp-tender.
Remove from the oven and immediately brush the remaining glaze over the warm salmon before serving.
