Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the lean ground beef, egg, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, and black pepper, mixing by hand until just combined.
Roll the beef mixture into 8 evenly sized meatballs and place them in a small oven-safe baking dish.
Bake the meatballs for 12 minutes until the exteriors are lightly browned.
Remove the dish from the oven and pour the marinara sauce over the meatballs, ensuring each one is well-coated.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated parmesan cheese evenly over the top of the sauced meatballs.
Return the dish to the oven and bake for another 10 minutes until the sauce is bubbling and the cheese is melted and golden.
While the meatballs finish baking, lightly sauté the zucchini noodles in a non-stick pan over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until just tender.
Divide the zucchini noodles onto a plate and top with the hot meatballs and extra marinara sauce from the dish.
