Add ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it into small crumbles.
Stir in cherry tomatoes and garlic powder, cooking until the tomatoes begin to soften and blister.
Add the spinach and stir until just wilted.
Use a spoon to create three small wells in the mixture.
Carefully crack one egg into each well.
Season the eggs with sea salt and black pepper.
Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over the top.
Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the egg whites are set but the yolks remain slightly runny.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
