While potatoes bake, combine the ground chicken, egg white, almond flour, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, and black pepper in a mixing bowl.
Gently mix until just combined, then shape the chicken mixture into 1-inch thick fries or strips.
Remove the baking sheet from the oven, flip the sweet potatoes, and place the chicken fries on the other half of the sheet.
Return to the oven and bake for an additional 15-18 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the sweet potatoes are tender.
Serve immediately while warm and crispy.
