INGREDIENTS
200g Non-fat Greek Yogurt
10g Vanilla Whey Protein Isolate
1 cup Mixed Berries
1 tbsp Chia Seeds
1 tbsp Sliced Almonds
PREPARATION
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt and vanilla protein powder until the mixture is smooth and the powder is fully incorporated.
Place half of the yogurt mixture into the bottom of a clear glass or mason jar.
Add a layer using half of the mixed berries and half of the chia seeds.
Spoon the remaining yogurt mixture over the berry layer.
Top with the remaining berries and sprinkle the sliced almonds over the top for a satisfyingly crunchy finish.
