2 large Bell peppers
7.25 oz Ground beef 93% lean
1 cup Cauliflower rice
0.25 cup Yellow onion
1 clove Garlic
0.25 cup Tomato sauce
0.5 tsp Olive oil
0.5 tsp Dried oregano
0.25 tsp Sea salt

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and sauté the diced onion and minced garlic until soft.
Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula.
Stir in the cauliflower rice, tomato sauce, oregano, sea salt, and black pepper, and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Spoon the beef and cauliflower mixture into the prepared bell peppers and place them upright in a baking dish.
Add a splash of water to the bottom of the dish, cover with foil, and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for 10 more minutes until the peppers are tender and the tops are slightly charred.
