PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and pat dry.
Mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
Rub the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the ribs.
Wrap the ribs tightly in foil and bake for 2 hours until tender.
Carefully open the foil, brush with BBQ sauce and apple cider vinegar, then broil for 3-5 minutes until bubbly and caramelized.
Steam the green beans for 5 minutes until bright green and tender.
Serve the ribs alongside the green beans.
