INGREDIENTS
1 cup Non-fat Greek Yogurt
0.5 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein Isolate
0.75 cup Mixed Berries
1 tablespoon Almond Butter
0.25 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
PREPARATION
Place the non-fat Greek yogurt into a small mixing bowl.
Add the vanilla protein powder and ground cinnamon to the yogurt, stirring vigorously until the mixture is smooth and the powder is fully incorporated.
Rinse the mixed berries and pat them dry with a paper towel, slicing any larger berries into bite-sized pieces.
In a tall glass or mason jar, spoon in half of the protein-yogurt mixture to form the base layer.
Top the yogurt layer with half of the fresh mixed berries.
Add the remaining yogurt mixture on top of the berries, followed by the rest of the berries.
