12g Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
0.5 cup Strawberries, sliced
0.25 cup Blueberries
2 tbsp Sliced Almonds
PREPARATION
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the non-fat Greek yogurt and the vanilla protein powder until the mixture is completely smooth and the powder is fully incorporated.
Prepare the fruit by washing the blueberries and hulling and slicing the strawberries.
Select a tall glass or a small mason jar for assembly.
Spoon half of the protein-enriched yogurt into the bottom of the glass.
Add a layer using half of the sliced strawberries and blueberries.
Add the remaining yogurt mixture as the next layer.
