PREPARATION
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta until al dente, reserving 0.25 cup of pasta water before draining.
Season the shrimp with sea salt and black pepper.
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and sear the shrimp for 2 to 3 minutes per side until pink and opaque, then remove from the pan.
Reduce the skillet heat to medium and add the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil along with the minced garlic, rosemary, and thyme, sautéing for 1 minute.
Stir in the lemon juice, lemon zest, and the reserved pasta water, scraping the pan to release flavor.
Add the cooked pasta, shrimp, and parsley to the skillet, tossing to coat in the herb sauce.
