0.5 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein Isolate
1 cup Mixed Berries (Strawberries, Blueberries, Raspberries)

PREPARATION
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the non-fat Greek yogurt and the vanilla protein powder.
Whisk vigorously with a spoon or small whisk until the powder is fully incorporated and the yogurt is smooth and fluffy.
Wash and pat the mixed berries dry, slicing any large strawberries into bite-sized pieces.
In a tall glass or jar, layer half of the protein-yogurt mixture at the bottom.
