INGREDIENTS

70g Non-fat Greek Yoghurt
100g Diced Fresh Mango
80g Halved Red Grapes
10g Sliced Almonds
1 tsp Honey
PREPARATION
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the quark and Greek yoghurt until the mixture is smooth and aerated.
Peel and dice the fresh mango into small, bite-sized cubes.
Wash and slice the red grapes in half lengthwise.
In a tall glass or parfait jar, layer half of the quark and yoghurt mixture at the bottom.
Add a layer of the diced mango followed by the halved grapes.
Repeat the process with the remaining cream mixture and fruit.
Top the parfait with the sliced almonds and a final drizzle of honey for a satisfyingly toasted crunch.
