INGREDIENTS
175g Non-fat Greek Yogurt
8g Vanilla Whey Protein Isolate
1.5 tbsp Almond Butter
1 cup Mixed Berries
1.5 tbsp Sliced Almonds
PREPARATION
Whisk together the Greek yogurt and vanilla protein powder in a small bowl until the mixture is smooth and completely combined.
In a tall glass or mason jar, spoon in half of the protein-yogurt mixture to form the base layer.
Add a layer of half the mixed berries on top of the yogurt.
Repeat the process by adding the remaining yogurt mixture followed by the rest of the berries.
Drizzle the almond butter over the final layer of berries.
Top with sliced almonds to add a toasted crunch before serving.
