INGREDIENTS
240g Non-fat Greek Yogurt
15g Vanilla Whey Protein Isolate
100g Mixed Berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)
15g Slivered Almonds
PREPARATION
In a medium mixing bowl, add the non-fat Greek yogurt and the vanilla protein powder.
Whisk the mixture vigorously with a fork or small whisk until the protein powder is fully incorporated and the yogurt is light and fluffy.
In a clean glass or mason jar, spoon in half of the protein-yogurt mixture to form the base layer.
Top the yogurt layer with half of the fresh mixed berries.
Add the remaining yogurt mixture on top of the berries, smoothing it out with the back of a spoon.
