PREPARATION
Place a small dry skillet over medium-low heat and add the slivered almonds.
Toast the almonds for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently until they are golden and fragrant.
Wash and pat dry the mixed berries.
In a glass or bowl, spoon half of the Greek yogurt into the bottom.
Add a layer of half the mixed berries and a sprinkle of chia seeds.
Repeat with the remaining yogurt and berries.
Top the parfait with the toasted slivered almonds.
Finish with a light drizzle of honey over the top before serving.
