Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, eggs, almond flour, 0.5 cup of the barbecue sauce, sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Mix the ingredients with your hands until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat, then form into a large rectangular loaf in the center of the baking sheet.
Lay the bacon slices crosswise over the meatloaf, overlapping them slightly and tucking the ends underneath the loaf for a clean finish.
Peel and slice the carrots into 1-inch diagonal chunks, then toss them in a bowl with the avocado oil and honey until well coated.
Arrange the glazed carrots in a single layer around the meatloaf on the baking sheet and roast for 45-50 minutes.
Remove from the oven and brush the remaining 0.5 cup of barbecue sauce over the bacon, then roast for another 10 minutes until the beef is fully cooked.
Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes to lock in the juices before slicing and serving family-style with the tender carrots.
