1 clove Garlic
1 tsp Fresh parsley

1 cup Asparagus spears
0.5 cup Sweet potato cubes
0 tsp Avocado oil
PREPARATION
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
In a small bowl, mash the ghee with minced garlic and chopped parsley until well combined.
Toss the sweet potato cubes and asparagus with avocado oil and half of the sea salt and black pepper.
Season the steak with the remaining sea salt and black pepper on both sides.
Place the sweet potato cubes in a grill basket and cook for 10 minutes, shaking occasionally.
Add the steak and asparagus to the grill; cook the steak for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes.
Top the warm steak with the garlic herb ghee and serve with the grilled vegetables.
