Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Heat the olive oil in a small oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the ground turkey to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it into small crumbles as it cooks.
Stir in the cherry tomatoes, sea salt, black pepper, and garlic powder, cooking for 3-4 minutes until the tomatoes begin to soften and blister.
Use a spoon to create four small wells in the turkey and tomato mixture.
Carefully crack one egg into each well.
Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over the top of the eggs and turkey.
Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the egg whites are fully set but the yolks remain slightly runny.
Remove from the oven and garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving directly from the skillet.
