0.5 cup Mixed Berries
1 tablespoon Almond Butter
PREPARATION
Place the Greek yogurt in a small mixing bowl.
Add the vanilla protein powder to the yogurt and whisk vigorously until the powder is fully incorporated and the mixture is smooth.
Place half of the protein-yogurt mixture into the bottom of a serving glass or jar.
Layer half of the mixed berries over the yogurt.
Add the remaining yogurt mixture on top of the berries.
Top with the remaining berries.
Gently warm the almond butter in the microwave for 10 seconds if needed to make it pourable, then drizzle it over the top of the parfait.
