10 Asparagus spears

PREPARATION
Steam the cauliflower florets until they are very tender, about 10-12 minutes.
While the cauliflower steams, pat the salmon dry and season with salt and pepper.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Place the salmon in the skillet skin-side down and sear for 4-5 minutes until the skin is crisp.
