0.5 cup Fresh Raspberries
0.25 cup Protein Granola
1 tablespoon Hemp Hearts
PREPARATION
Place the nonfat Greek yogurt in a small bowl and stir until smooth and creamy.
Wash the fresh raspberries and pat them dry thoroughly with a paper towel.
In a tall glass or mason jar, spoon in half of the Greek yogurt to form the base layer.
