1 cup Mixed Berries
1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
10 grams Slivered Almonds
PREPARATION
In a small mixing bowl, whisk the non-fat Greek yogurt and vanilla protein powder together until the mixture is completely smooth and slightly aerated.
Stir in the chia seeds and allow the mixture to rest for about five minutes to let the seeds hydrate and thicken the yogurt.
In a tall glass or mason jar, spoon in half of the protein yogurt mixture as the base layer.
Add half of the mixed berries on top of the yogurt layer.
Repeat the process by adding the remaining yogurt mixture followed by the rest of the berries.
