6 oz Salmon Fillet
1.5 cups Broccoli Florets
0.75 cup cooked Brown Rice
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tbsp Fresh Parsley and Dill, chopped

PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the broccoli florets on one side of the baking sheet, drizzle with half of the olive oil, and season with a pinch of sea salt and black pepper.
Place the salmon fillet on the other side of the sheet, drizzle with the remaining olive oil and lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper.
Roast in the oven for 12-15 minutes until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork and the broccoli is tender and slightly charred.
While the salmon cooks, warm the pre-cooked brown rice and fold in the freshly chopped parsley and dill.
