PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, combine the ground chicken, egg white, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, oregano, and sea salt until well incorporated.
Place the chicken mixture onto the parchment paper and press it into a thin 8-inch circle.
Slice the string cheese sticks in half lengthwise and place them around the perimeter of the chicken circle.
