Sweet & Sticky BBQ Baby Back Ribs
Tender baby back ribs slow-roasted until succulent and glazed with a rich, date-sweetened BBQ sauce, served alongside crisp steamed green beans.
INGREDIENTS
7 oz Baby back ribs
0.25 tsp Sea salt
0.25 tsp Black pepper
0.25 tsp Smoked paprika
0.25 tsp Garlic powder
2 tbsp Sugar-free BBQ sauce
2 cup Green beans
0 tsp Olive oil
1 tsp Lemon juice
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
Pat the ribs dry and season both sides evenly with sea salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder.
Wrap the ribs tightly in a double layer of aluminum foil and place on a baking sheet.
Bake for 2 hours or until the meat is tender and starts to pull away from the bone.
Carefully open the foil, brush the ribs generously with the sugar-free BBQ sauce, and broil for 3-5 minutes until the sauce is bubbly and sticky.
While the ribs rest, steam the green beans for 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp.
Toss the steamed green beans with olive oil and lemon juice before serving alongside the ribs.
