Preheat your oven to 400°F.
Heat the olive oil in a small oven-safe skillet over medium heat and add the ground turkey.
Cook the turkey until browned and cooked through, breaking it up into small crumbles with a spatula.
Stir in the minced garlic and whole cherry tomatoes, sautéing for 3-4 minutes until the tomatoes begin to soften and blister.
Season the mixture with sea salt, black pepper, and dried oregano.
Use a spoon to create three small wells in the turkey and tomato mixture.
Carefully crack one egg into each well.
Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese evenly over the top of the skillet.
Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the egg whites are fully set but the yolks remain slightly runny.
Remove from the oven and garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving hot.
