7 oz salmon fillet
0.5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
0.5 tsp ground turmeric
0.25 tsp black pepper
0.25 tsp sea salt

1 cup broccoli florets
1 cup cauliflower florets
1 tbsp lemon juice
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, toss the broccoli and cauliflower florets with half of the olive oil and a small pinch of sea salt.
Spread the vegetables in a single layer on one side of the prepared baking sheet.
Pat the salmon fillet dry with a paper towel and rub the remaining olive oil over all sides.
In a small ramekin, mix the turmeric, black pepper, garlic powder, and remaining sea salt, then press the spice mixture firmly onto the top of the salmon.
Place the salmon fillet on the other side of the baking sheet.
Roast in the center of the oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork and the vegetables are tender.
Remove from the oven and immediately drizzle the fresh lemon juice over the salmon and roasted vegetables before serving.
