0.75 cup Mixed Berries
1 tbsp Hemp Hearts
1 tsp Slivered Almonds
1 tsp Chia Seeds
PREPARATION
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt and vanilla protein powder until the mixture is completely smooth and fluffy.
Prepare the mixed berries by rinsing them and patting them dry with a paper towel.
In a tall glass or mason jar, spoon in half of the protein-infused yogurt mixture to form the base layer.
Add half of the mixed berries on top of the yogurt layer.
Add the remaining yogurt mixture followed by the rest of the berries.
Finish the parfait by sprinkling the hemp hearts, slivered almonds, and chia seeds over the top for a satisfyingly toasted crunch.
