PREPARATION
In a small mixing bowl, combine the non-fat Greek yogurt and vanilla protein powder.
Whisk the mixture vigorously until the protein powder is fully incorporated and the yogurt is light and fluffy.
Fold in the chia seeds and allow the mixture to sit for about 2 minutes to let the seeds begin to hydrate.
