10g Whey Protein
1oz Neufchatel
1 Egg White
0.75 cup Berries
2 tbsp Graham Crumbs
1 tsp Vanilla
1 tbsp Monk Fruit
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 325°F and lightly grease a small oven-safe ramekin.
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, softened Neufchatel cheese, protein powder, egg white, vanilla extract, and monk fruit sweetener until the batter is completely smooth.
Evenly press the graham cracker crumbs into the bottom of the ramekin to form a thin base.
Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until the edges are firm but the center still has a slight jiggle.
