PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly grease a small oven-safe ramekin.
Add the rolled oats, vanilla protein shake, egg white, baking powder, sea salt, and half of the cinnamon into a blender.
Blend the mixture until completely smooth and pour it into the prepared ramekin.
Slice half of a banana into rounds and gently press them into the top of the batter.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until the oats have risen and the top is golden brown.
Remove from the oven and top with a cold scoop of Greek yogurt.
Melt the Biscoff spread in the microwave for 15 seconds and drizzle it over the bowl along with the remaining cinnamon.
